Actually, I'm writing this draft at 7:33 AM on August 10th.
Not only is there no report yet, but we haven't even heard a "See you later" greeting from the staff member in charge.
On June 23rd, we posted about "A Day Spent in Chiba City," but this time marks our second meeting with the JPEPA care worker candidates currently undergoing training in Makuhari New City.
Last time, our beloved entertainer—who's all about fun and excitement—was deployed for the mission.
This time, however, the delegation consists of an administrative staff member and a former JPEPA candidate who now serves as the leader of our facility's Human Resource Development and Support Department, boasting about 15 years of living experience in Japan.
They will be holding a concrete meeting covering topics like working-day treatment and housing.
Originally, we had planned to invite them to the "Summer Festival Packed with Volunteers + Super Fireworks Show" mentioned in a previous update, but scheduling conflicts with their training led us to reschedule and set up today's visit instead.
It has been about two months since they arrived in Japan, so we might just see how much their Japanese has improved.
Still, as a public relations officer, what I'm actually more curious about is: Which ramen shop are they going to go to, and what kind of ramen will they have—Ie-kei, Jiro-style, Tonkotsu, or Hiyashi Chuka...? (lol)
I'm drafting this before any photos arrive, so whether the content and the pictures will actually match depends entirely on how today unfolds! (lol)
